1. Overview

This website (www.foamy.in) is operated by Foamy.

Foamy sells cleaning products including:

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Foamy reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Applicable GST and shipping charges may be added at checkout
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment or COD confirmation

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • Foamy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer after dispatch

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for selected orders and locations
  • COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically
  • Foamy reserves the right to disable COD for certain customers, locations, or order values

9. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If a COD order is:

  • Not accepted
  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address/phone number
  • Refused at delivery

The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Foamy reserves the right to:

  • Restrict future COD orders
  • Allow only prepaid orders for such customers

10. Returns & Replacements

All returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Product Usage Disclaimer

All products must be used strictly as per instructions.

Foamy is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused due to improper use
  • Incorrect application
  • Failure to follow usage guidelines

12. No Warranty

All products are provided “as is” without any warranties unless explicitly stated.
