SHIPPING POLICY (Foamy)

At Foamy, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be marked as failed delivery

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Customers must provide accurate address and phone number
  • If incorrect details are provided:
    • Delivery may fail
    • Order may be returned (RTO)
    • Re-shipping may require additional charges

7. COD Orders

  • COD orders may be verified before dispatch
  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled

8. RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept order
  • Incorrect address

The order will be marked as RTO.

👉 In such cases:

  • Re-delivery is not guaranteed
  • Future COD orders may be restricted

9. Delays

Foamy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Natural events (weather, strikes, etc.)
  • Incorrect customer details

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit:
