RETURN & REFUND POLICY (Foamy)

At Foamy, we aim to deliver high-quality products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Only replacement or exchange is provided in eligible cases as mentioned below.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer a replacement within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To request a replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package till showing the issue)
  • Order ID or proof of purchase

👉 Without an unboxing video, the request will not be accepted

4. Product Condition

To be eligible for replacement:

  • The product must be unused
  • It must be in original packaging
  • All items and accessories must be intact

5. Replacement Process

  • Email us at foamysolutionsllp@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days
  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or reverse pickup

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or exchange will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Product is used, damaged after delivery, or tampered
  • Request made after 3 days of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  • Incorrect usage of product

7. Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping

  • In approved cases, Foamy may arrange a reverse pickup
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the product back

Failure to follow return instructions may result in rejection of the claim.

8. Misuse of Policy

Foamy reserves the right to reject requests or restrict future orders in case of:

  • Repeated replacement claims
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Bulk/commercial misuse

9. Important Note

We request customers to carefully check product details before ordering.
This policy is strictly followed to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
